Midnight Halloween Nails

I wanted to do darker Halloween nails than the ones you've seen today (here).
I haven't delved much into Halloween designs this year, so I felt like doing one last one to make up for it.

I didn't want creepy though, nor terrifying. Gore wasn't an option either.
I was going for that eerie feeling you have sometimes, when it's midnight and it's a full moon, if you know what I mean...

Kind of like...

Eerie Full Moon Halloween nails

... this.

Full Moon Halloween nails

I started by painting my nails two coats of the gorgeous Kiko Sugar Mat Anthracite (No.458).
I love the silver and purple sparks it gives off.

After it dried completely, I added my full moon, bright and yellow, like supernatural moons ought to be.

To finish it off, I painted some naked tree branches reaching into the sky, as well as some tiny white dots for far away stars.

It's such a lovely 'landscape' to look at - but it still sends some chills through your spine!
I wish you a lovely Halloween and don't over indulge on all the treats ;)
