Just come already! ;)
Anyone else getting tired of the rain and the drizzle and the cold and the wind and temperatures oh-not-so Spring like? I sure am longing for Spring to show its true face and spirit asap!
Hence, this manicure for round three of the Tri-Polish Challenge :)
Now, I don't know if ladybugs are the symbol to Spring, but this one is sure to keep my mood on happy mode! :)
I've used the same three polishes you already know and all nails portray two coats of each polish.
For the lady bug, I used Coralicious (430), with a french-tip using Purple Professional No.18, and then did a line in the middle of the nail to part the wings and added little dots to each side. To complete the look, I've added a pair of wonky eyes ;)
I kept the ladybug theme on my thumb, achieving what can only be described as a very ridiculous look!!
I was trying to use all three polishes once again and although I did manage to do it, it made for a very poor result, don't you think? ;(
Still, I'm proud of the rest of my nails which started to be layered once with Purple Professional No.32 and were then watermarbled using both Purple Professional No.32 and Green With Envy (110).
I think I might be getting the hang of it - it only took my first nail three tries and I like how they turned out! :))
Now, this is all I could manage considering the headache I had last night. It could have gone better but...lil' me was sick! Do forgive! ;)
Let me know in the comments below what you think and hope you've had a fantastic day despite all the rain! :)
Hugs & Kissies,
Mina *
