I've recently received for review one of the new stamping plates by Born Pretty Store and had to do something cute with it.
Actually I'm considering doing more than just that and showing you some different looks you can do with it.
So, consider this one a first of many.
China Glaze In a Lilly Bit was the perfect background colour for what I wanted to be a soft, feminine, floral look (too bad I forgot it takes 3/4 coats for full opacity - darn you, bad memory!).
I'm finding stamping more and more fun (and easy and quick, too!) and this plate provides you with quite some beautiful patterns for Spring-y nails.
I stamped using Ruby Wing Crowd Surf.
I quite loved the pattern on this one, the depth of the pattern was perfect and I was easily able to pick up the design without missing any of its pretty details.
To add a finishing touch to the look, I added some violet pailletes to give the feeling of petals flowing in the breeze - I was feeling poetic ;)
The stamping plate I used was BP-L008 - Available HERE.
You get a total of 21 different designs, which are quite versatile and allow for multiple combinations.
This item retails for $5.99, with FREE International shipping. Also, coupon code SGBQ10 will get you an additional 10% off of your entire purchase.
Let me know what you think of today's look and also your opinion on BPS stamping plates - have you tried any? Would you?
Hope this review helped and I'll see you soon!

ReplyDeleteThis is so pretty ... I love the depth you've created with the stamped design and the embellishments. I'm yet to try BP plates, but I've seen several designs I really like. Stamping is my favourite technique so I will enjoy seeing what else you do with this plate. :)
