It's So Fluffy, I'm Gonna Dieeeee!

... from so much nose scratching, for sure ;)

So... I finally gave fluffy nails a second go and although this time I did manage to get it on all my nails... I  must say I wasn't all that impressed...

See...the thing is: I am a proud pet of three beyond lovely cats, who share their fluffy stuff with me every single day. I get it on my clothes, hair, sometimes mouth (yes, that's right)! So why would I want to get it on my nails? haha

Application was a bummer! I couldn't get it even and smooth on all the nail plate... argh! And then it got on the table and I had to scoop it, then I sneezed. I got it off my cuticles and had to get it off my fingers after, then I sneezed some more...
I mean... STOP already! ;)

To tell you the truth, I didn't get sold on the whole thing... yes, it's different but not in the same way texturized polishes are different, know what I mean?

And the feeling you get from caressing your nails just stroke me as... creepy! And I mean horror-movie creepy ;)

Still...here's the result of the neverending sneezing story :))

 I started off with one layer of Purple Professional No.7 on most nails.

(sorry for the blurry picture... morning shaky hands)

Ring finger and thumb got Jaded Glamour (430) from Rimmel London, for the accent nail effect :)

I then grabbed the little containers of flocking powder I'd purchased in Verniz de Luxo ages ago ;)

And this was the end result - can you see the uneveness of it all?
argh! it drove me crazy all day long!

I mean... look at those clear edges...
Wait... don't look at my pinky! Oh, you poor thing!! :/

The colours are right and in pictures it even looks cute but...

naaaaaa! not my thing ;)

How about you - are you all going for these crazy tendencies or tend to run away from all of them?
