Sailor Nails with Vintage Freehand Anchor

I didn't know what to call today's nails and I wanted to have something in the title standing out my favourite piece on today's nail art :)

Sailor Nails with Vintage Freehand Anchor

First of all, aren't these colours the bomb together!?
I'm so in love with this mani!

Sailor Nails with Vintage Freehand Anchor

I started by painting all nails white, with Wycon No.718.
I had more or less an idea of how I wanted to use today's challenge colours: magenta and navy.
(In case you're wondering, they're for the #WNAC2015 nail art challenge, hosted by @missbellatracey , @simplynailogical and @kgrdnr).

Purple Professional Royal Winter Ball Infant

As my navy nail polish, I used one of my favourites from my collection: Purple Professional Royal Winter Ball Infant - how gorgeous is this beauty!?
I used striping tape to make the stripes in my index and pinkie fingers.

Ruby Wing Crowd Surf

For the magenta shade, I also went with one of my favourites: Ruby Wing Crowd Surf.
It's just such a vibrant colour and look how perfectly it goes with Infant!
The middle nail pattern was done with some striping tape and both nail polishes.

The nail art bits are my joy and pride - love the knotted rope (done in acrylic paints) and love the anchor with the flowers (done in nail polish).

Actually I might not even do my nail during the week, that's how badly I love these ;)
What was your favourite nail?

Hugs & Kissies,
Mina *
