I proudly present you my first accent nail in advanced stamping:
I'm actually surprised at how smooth this first time went :)
I expected tears and hair pulling and prayers to all gods, known and unknown but...
I was actually lucky!
The stamping picked right at the first time (I used Born Pretty 10), the filling of the design went nicely and the transfering onto the nail was actually no sweat! :)
To pair up with such a tropical design, I had to paint all my other designs this gorgeous Barry M Matte Cancun and I didn't mattify it - doesn't it look almost leather-y? True beauty!
My accent nail took two coats of white nail polish - Inocos Pico.
And because progress deserves being registered, here's a macro shot of my first ever advanced stamping design - here's to more to come! :)

Let me know what you thought of it - was it a good first time?
And how about you? Are you also new to this technique or have you tried it before and are pro at it? ;)
Hugs & Kissies,
