31DC2015 Day 15 - Green Base - One Stroke Yellow Flowers

First of all, I didn't expect to be posting this so late today but I had to take lil' sister to the airport - she's going back to A. for work and won't be coming for another three months.

Of course, family dinner was in order and all that involves, so blogging had to wait a little bit.

These are my nails for the Green Base prompt, which came right in time for me to try a gorgeous green nail polish Purple Professional sent me:

Purple Professional Mighty Knight

Mighty Knight is part of the Royal Winter Ball collection and I love its unusal shade. It's not olive green and not quite army green either, it's so unique!
It spreads beautifully on the nail and is opaque in 1/2 coats depending on your nail lenght.

I shall be posting a swatch of this beauty tomorrow for you to gorge on all its splendour.
Meanwhile, here's the floral nail art I came up with to match it: one stroke floral nails.

I keep forgetting that one stroke and I were never on good terms (and probably never will be), but, once in a while, I just have to have another go at it.
This is the result - don't hate it but don't particularly love it either.

What say you? Do you also struggle with one stroke designs or are you a natural?

Hugs & Kissies,
