A Long, Long Time Ago...

I can still remember
How those long nails used to make me smile
And I knew that if I had my chance
I could make those bright nails dance
And, maybe, they’d be happy for a while

Hahaha! Enough with the silly song (btw, do you know which one it is? ;) comment down below!).
Today's post is one I'd prepared a long, long time ago, before I broke a nail and when they were still oh so long.

Hope you like this little trip down memory lane ;)

I'd completely forgotten about this mani - you see, us nails bloggers don't always like what manis we prepare.
And sometimes we tend to let them simmer and don't publish them right away (or don't publish them at all - you should see my failed manis folder ;)).

But after lettinf this one simmer a few long weeks, I decided I like it enough to show it to you.
I hope you'll agree and like it, too - it may not be all that complicated but I think it's actually pretty cute ;)

I wanted a lovely holographic (it must have been sunny ;)) and went with Flormar P046.
Isn't it gorgeous? What you see here is three coats, because the polish is more on the glitter topper than a true polish, if you know what I mean.

I then painted all my other nails with Dermacélsia Eternal. I'ts a lovely creme nude polish and one of my favourites. To spice it all a bit, I added a sponged French tip, using Bellaoggi Bikini Pink.
I wouldn't call this a gradient - it's more splotchy look than anything else - still cute though :)

To match the cute bow I'd added to my accent nail, I tried drawing a kind of leopard print, although I don't think I did all that good at it.

What do you think? Hope you've enjoyed this little time mani warp thing and I'll talk to you soon, lovelies <3

Hugs & Kissies,
Mina *
