Yes, you better believe it - my hands nearly matched these couple days (they never do ;)).
I am so in love with this polish - not only my sister, see - that I actually felt like wearing it on my right hand nails as well.
And this is a simple one, 'cause all you'll need is a couple pearls and gold microbeads; and some gold stud type things to place on your nails over a coat of clear polish.

What do you say to this one? Quite regal or what? And they only took me about half an hour to complete.
