Anyway, I hope you won't get shocked (I'd rather you laughed at the whole thing :)) but here's the piece responsible:
C'mon! You gotta admit it's pretty cute, hey? ;)
And here's how I made it to my nails, which, if I may say so myself, isn't too bad at all :)
I love the end result!
I chose the softest, nude-ish pink I own - Inocos Rosa Bebé - and applied two thin coats on my nails.
Next in line were a couple acrylic paints - had to mix the green to get different shades - and a thin nail art brush.
I'm just sorry I couldn't get to that green army shade - it's so lovely!
After a successful end result - says I - of course I had to get some hand posing in ;)
I just wish you could see how much more gorgeous this one looks in real life!...
Sadly, my photos don't do it justice but hope you get the picture.
Sorry about the photo spam - that's what happens when I really like something (aren't we all like that? ;))
Let me know if this made you laugh a little - hope so - and also, just 'cause I'm curious, do you also take photographs of random objects you see somewhere in shops or in other public spaces?
I hope I'm not the only crazy one going around doing it hehehe ;)
Have a great cosy evening, lovelies (I say cosy, 'cause around here it's raining outside - can you believe it!?!??! -.-).
Hugs & Kissies,
Mina *
Gorgeous design! And I laughed - sometimes inspiration comes from funny places! I'm mostly too shy or embarrased to take a picture - a few weeks ago a girl from my class had on a really pretty sweater that could be turned into nail art, but I thought it was quite awkward if I said that and asked for a picture to be honest ;)
ReplyDeletehehehe - happy you laughed, darling!
DeleteDon't be shy, if something makes you feel inspired, go for it - you can always give the 'artiste' excuse or show your pretty nails to convince people ;)
Inspiration can come anywhere! :) You did a great job on this too.
