Sorry for misleading you - no breakfast in bed!
Unless of course, you count this manicure as breakfast in bed!
It turned out really funky and all it made me think of was fried eggs, sunny side up, and pineapples...
Why on earth...Well, you'll see ;)
First the trade tools, if I may say so:
The polishes I wore for this one were:
Dermacélsia No.51
Flormar No.P065
Nails Inc. Brighton, Feathers colletion
Purple Professional No.32
And here's what I made of it... say whaaaa'?
I'm sorry, I don't even know how to explain this one! I mean, just look at it!
haha
I started off with a base layer of Purple Professional No.32, so the yellow polish could stand out - you know yellow; always needing a little help ;)
I've decided my ring finger to be the accent nail and did it with two coats of Flormar P065.
I then had to do only one layer of yellow with Dermacélsia No.51.
Lastly, I dotted all fingers except for my middle one, which got covered all the way in Brighton from Nails Inc. - I really overdid it, hence the deformed look on my nail, but I really wanted to see how it would look packed up ;)
My index and pinky got a tip with Brighton as well and white dots on the rest of the nail.
As for my ring finger I thought it was a good idea dotting it with white first and then add yellow dots on top.
If I could give it a second thought, maybe I would've done it differently!
I mean... I can't say the colours don't agree and I can't say the dots are uneven but... I mean, c'mon!, weird or what? ;) haha
Still it was bright enough to cheer up a cloudy Saturday and that was alright with me!
How about you? Yey funky or nay funky? Let me know below and wait for Part 3 of the weekend - it's already cooking :))
Hugs & Kissies,
