Long time no seen, I've missed you all!
I'm back today with another lovely PATN post.
This time the ladies and I are doing monochrome nails and we've agreed that means black and white (and grey, 'cause that's the in between one haha).
I wasn't all that inspired but I managed some...
... tribal-ish nails for you.
I went with a full black and white look, starting by painting my nails all black.
I then added the print in white acrylic paint.
Not 100% happy with my trembling lines - that's what you pay for being out of practice - but they're not horrid.
Check everyone's lovely designs in the gallery below and I'll be seeing you around!!
Hugs & Kissies,
Mina *
Your lines look great, I actually love it when they aren't perfectly straight, shows the manual labor you put in ;-)! And it looks so bold with the white on black.
ReplyDeleteYour lines are wayyyy better than anything I'd manage to do, and I actually dig the slight irregularity! Love this look Mina, the patterns, the black background, everything =)
ReplyDeleteOut of practice haha Mina!! These are absolutely flawless! They look stamped! You don't give yourself enough credit. I can't paint such perfect thin lines but you made it look effortless and easy. I adore your design!!
ReplyDeleteThey may seem "trembling" to you, but I actually really love them and how they add even more to the design. You definitely don't seem out of practice to me! :D
ReplyDeleteThis looks great! Your lines are so thin and even.
ReplyDeleteOut of practice?! Well, I wish my lines would look as perfect as these on a good day! I love that you kept them simple and added the tiny dots here and these. Like other ladies said, the small "imperfections" add to this look! Full of character and boldness. Miss you :*
ReplyDeleteThese are super cute and your lines look great to me! I love how each nail is different, but they all go together so well :)
ReplyDeleteI kinda love that the lines aren't absolutely perfect. It adds a bit of dimension to the look. I think you did a fab job!
ReplyDeleteI do think it's awesome that you went that extra step and did hand-drawn lines, it does take practice but I admire you for it! The final look is wonderful.
ReplyDeleteYour lines are not that trembling, trust me I wish I could do as good as you did! Love this look!
ReplyDeleteThough the lines are not that perfect I find it okay. Next you will get that perfect line. I love the colors that you have used and love your chosen design too. Great job!
ReplyDeleteMan! Those lines are great! They are thin lines girl! I don't think my lines would be that good even with striping tape LOL. Love this look, geometric is always hot!
ReplyDeleteI like the slightly imperfect lines, it makes the design look like textile art. Awesome! :)
ReplyDeleteVery good line work, and I like the way you included empty space too.
ReplyDeleteThese are gorgeous Mina! Your lines are on point!
ReplyDeleteGreat design, Mina! Your lines look so good and the mani looks very intricate <3
ReplyDeleteWhat do you mean you "managed"? This is amazing! Your lines are so thin and the pattern is just lovely.
