40 Great Nail Art Ideas - Hobbies

I've been anticipating this post for such a long time! Today's nail art marks the beginning of an yearly nail art changing with Crumpet’s Nail Tarts!

For the whole of 52 weeks, we'll be making nail art every Friday, based of themes or colours & patterns. It's gonna be a fun ride!

Let's see what I've got for you today then:

The first prompt is Hobbies and I had to make some tough decisions here.

There's so many things I do besides painting my nails! I love reading, colouring books and watching series. So, for a while I was having it hard to make up my mind.

Let's face it though: painting my nails is what takes most of my free time, so it naturally qualified as my number 1 hobby! 

(I suspect a lot of the girls will have gone down this path, too ;))

 I started with a soft, very pastel base colour, using Dashing Housewife Polish Pocket Full of Sweet Tarts - I felt the name applied and suited our group's nameand I love the little bottle this comes in: too cute!

I then painted some nail polish bottles on my nails, without following any special patterns.

These were done with nail polish and not acrylic paint - one need to use the real deal! - so I could show off some pretties! :)
