31DC2014 - Day 13: Animal Print

I've got my 31DC2014 first flop! Yu-uhhhh!
It was bound to happen, sooner or late, right? So let us put our big girl pants on and be fabulous about our fails ;)

Animal print and I have never been too close and even last year things didn't go well.

This year it didn't go smoother nor differently.

You might have seen this snake print beautifully done by Narmai here - check hers! don't mind mine!

She's the one who showed me one stroke could be simple!

But, oh Fate!, this one stroke too is a hard one to accomplish.

I've used only nail polish to do these and I won't tell you how hard it was to work with it, 'cause I think you suspect of exactly that after seeing my outcome mani.

So let us finish by saying what Kiko nail polishes we used: Kiko Duo-Chrome Bright Peacock (No.396) as the base colour and Kiko Green Forest (No.534) with Kiko Acid Green (No.297) for the snake scales.

And now I'll retreat in shame, adding no more to this. May we not remember it tomorrow!
