And I said: 'Ah... no... they would be that if...
... these had been palm trees, which they clearly aren't, seeing I couldn't for the life of dear ol' me make ones.'
hahahaha
Nonetheless I'm obssessed and in love with today's mani.
I had never done a sunset silhouette design and, honestly, now that I have... what was I waiting for?!
The effect these have on your nails is to die for!
I only used three polishes for the gradient and some black acrylic paint for the sillhouette trees!
Flormar Blue Jeans (QD09) - yay! they've got names now! :)
Linda Johansen Lilac Lilly
Kiko Tangerine (No.482)
I had to do the gradient twice, because I was dead set on painting palm trees.
But since I couldn't make them cute enough nor could I erase the black acrylic paint in a non-messy manner, I had to start all over again.
And the second time I settled for mountain trees - still romantic and very vacation like ;)
These will be my favourite for a long, long time and I'll probably wear these tomorrow still, that's how much I like them! :)
How about you? Like them just as much?
Or would you rather these were palm trees? ;) hehehe
Whatever your answers are just promise me you'll try a sunset silhouette on your nails sometime during your lifetime.
You can thank me later, once you have done so ;)
Hugs & Kissies,
Mina *
Not palm? Not a problem, I like it anyway... maybe a lot because I live near mountains and hills, in the middle of a valley :)

Deleteahaha!! I don't know why, I saw palm trees too! It wasn't until I read that you said they weren't, that I realized they weren't. And they're totally not palm trees. My eyes played tricks on me, good thing I have reading comprehension on my side lol
