Wild Flowers

... to brighten up this Monday for you all :)

Did you have a sunny weekend? And a sunny Monday?
We did!!!! :D

And that obviously inspired today's manicure - wild flowers are my favourite (I'm not the having flowers in a jar around your house type, much preferring to enjoy them in their natural environment - how cheesay of me ;))

So, I drew some of them on my nails, to make for a lovely simple manicure:

I've worn Bourjois Coton Sur Ton - a very classy, feminine kind of polish, which I used to wear every week when I was studying in uni and haven't much done so ever since ;)

But if anything I think it looked great with these flowers - it's just the perfect canvas to make these pop :)

All flowers were done in acrylic paints and apart from the red flower right in the middle of my middle finger, all of these you can see in a field somewhere!
Oh, and the turquoise and pink petal one on my index, is also part of my big imagination, not of the wild nature, at least the one I know of ;)

These were so fun to wear and I kept staring at my nails all the time, just because I'm so not used to wearing this shade anymore ;)

But what do you think? Does it suit me or is it not my kind of nude?
Leave me your comment - you do know I love them - with your thoughts on this one and hope you're headed for a great week, lovelies!

Hugs & Kissies,
Mina *

Yes, it suits you! *_* I'm sure it looks lovely just plain without flowers too.

    2. This early spring is delightful, especially after this quite mild non-winter. Last year this time we had knee-deep snow :-(((
I like phantasy flowers and real ones. In my (quite long) list of planned manis is one with forget -me-nots...I love the blue with the yellow "eye "
Your flowers have a lovely colour set. (Is this understandable?) :-)

    2. My nails've been awfully cracked recently. Maybe it's spring avitaminosis or something else. I don't know what to do to them. But I really want to come back to blogging :))

  11. i think this looks so beautiful. the colours certainly do pop and it's great to have a nude base to mix things up a bit and then you can use a wider variety of colours for the flowers :)
