I love the technique, love the results and love whoever is able to be a pro at it!
But I'm confident all it takes is a good amount of practice and that I shall be doing, for sure ;)
Without talking too much, here I leave you with my red nails for the, now over, 31DC2013.
I was in the mood for something simple and I was also short on time, so I just did an accent nail ;)
I couldn't help but feel quite elegant wearing these - red polish will do that to you <3
I chose one of my favourite: Serenna No.2 - this beauty is a one coater, which makes me love it even more! :D
I then did my ring finger on two coats of white, using Bellaoggi Snow White.
After which, I gathered my white, red and black acrylic paints and did two opposite flowers on each nail corner :D
I went for the squiggly movement of the brush (if that's even how you call it) but I know I'm still half way of getting there ;)
What do you think?
Oh! And I have a bonus for you! I was loving the red on my nails so much I actually wore it on my Cinderella Hand as well:
I did the same colour pattern, using the same nail polishes - only instead of the ring finger, I went for the middle finger.
And I added a small feather with red dots to the white nail to make it fun :)
What do you think of these? A good take on the red theme?
Hope you've had a great Monday - starting the week is always tough, so I hope you had your smiles ready to brighten it up! :D
Hugs & Kissies,
Mina *
