Dots & Stripes

It doesn't get any simpler than that, trust me!
Today is a no challenge day and I just wanted something nice and simple, very little time consuming but cute just the same :D

So, I came up with dots and stripes on some very funky summery shades ;)

Check it out:

It has been a a long time since I alternated polishes on my nails, so I figured I'd do just that :)
The pretty Granny Smith Apple green you see is Kiko No.391.
And the neon pink is Bitty Professional DC09.

I chose a matte finish to tone down the neon a bit and went with white stripes, done using my Kiss SPA02 White striper.
I wish they'd come out with fuller lines (not thicker, just fuller) but I was feeling kind of lazy and didn't want to layer them ;)

The apple green got some Rimmel London Lemon Drop dots in a random pattern, which is a first for me.
I always tend to go neat and organized on dotticures but this time I wanted it to be a crazy wild one and I must say... not too bad, I like it! :D

Of course I couldn't leave it at that, oh no!
I had to go and ruin it somehow, by adding a flakey topcoat: Ludurana Flocado Vento.
Why don't I learn?! Duh! Less is more, Mina!
*tsk, tsk*

What do you think: with or without flakies? (I know what you're going to say ;))
Still, I'm going to enjoy these babies today, glad they didn't take me too long! :)

Hugs & Kissies,
Mina *
