Different Shades of Blue Autism Awareness Nail Art Challenge – Day 6 Awareness Ribbons

 

Oh yes, another day to this Nail Art Challenge - phew! this week's been busy with challenges ;) 

Just wait till you see next week - muhhaha :)

Anyway, if you read it in the picture, which you probably have, today was meant for Awareness Ribbons... plural...

Mmmmm... that's when I said to my lil' digits: 'Nailsies, we have a problem...'

I still have zero nail art brushes (don't ask!) AND I've never even drew a ribbon before, let alone do it on my nails! 

Hahaha - so you shall see only one ribbon and please deviate your eyes from it as soon as you do so for it is not a pretty one ;)

Here we go!

I've done two coats of Essence Sure Azure, then drew the ribbon using Essence Chuck and the stripes were achieve with a nail striper: Kiss Nail Art SPA02 White.

Although it's a really simple mani, I actually kept staring at it throughout the day... The blue polish was just so... relaxing :)

And I'm quite happy with these white stripes - I think I'm getting a steadier hand! :D

Let me know if you've liked this one and don't be afraid to be too harsh when judging the ribbon - I need input! ;)
