40 GREAT NAIL ART IDEAS - New Year: Glitter Nails

I know today's Christmas day but since us girls are taking the next week off (as one should), we're kicking New Year's prompt out of the way today :)

I was somewhat uninspired while doing today's nails and you can tell I still had the Christmas spirit lingering when doing them.

Have a look and you'll get what I mean:

Gold, red and green?!

That's the Christmas in me alright.

I wanted glitter, 'cause partying without glitter is never the same.

I chose Foxy Paws Rockin' Around the Christmas Tree and I kinda regretted it. Contrary to all other wonderful Foxy Paws I tried before, this one didn't come with smooth application - I had to sponge the glitter on each nail and that together with having to fish out the larger bits took a while and really got on my nerves.

I then painted my middle finger two coats of Prestige Colour Plus Gerbera and my ring finger two coats of piCture pOlish Kryptonite on top of which I freehanded some champagne glasses making a toast to a background of fireworks.

I can't even tell what that thing I painted over the red is.

Unsinspired to the bone, as you can tell.
