Digital Dozen Does Autumn - Day 4: Stained Glass Dahlia

I'd been itching to paint another stained glass nail art and I wanted something with a floral motif. 

I had to search some to find flowers that bloom in Autumn and I found Dahlias to be the prettiest.
They grow in Spring and Summer and flower in Autumn.

So this is how my nails turned out:

I know, colours aren't exactly very Autumn like.

I should have gone with orange instead (and I still might do it) but I loved these so much I felt I had to share them with you anyway.

I freehanded the stained glass motif in black acrylic paint and then filled in each blank with nail polish.

The Dahlia in the centre is a combination of Foxy Paws My Friend Has a Swimming Pool (you might have seen me wear it HERE).

I then chose a purple polish, a mustard one and some white to combine with it.

Will I sound too vain if I say I loved them? They turned out just as I wanted them!
