Together with CNT 31DC2014 (check here for explanation and Day 1 nails), I'm also doing the WNAC2015 for this month's 'Matte' theme AND I'll also be continuing with the A2Z challenge!
If I survive it all and am still sane in February I'm so getting a Superwoman T-shirt ;)
But, ramblings aside, here's today's nails:
These are my nails for today's CNT 31DC2015 prompt: tape mani.
I started by painting my nails with Flormar Jelly Look Salmon Pink (remember these cuties?).
After placing striping tape in a triangle fashion, I covered it with Flormar Jelly Look Pale Eucalypt.
Now, to make them count for WNAC2015 I had to add flakies to them, which I did using Ludurana Flocado Relâmpago.
It does cover lightly, so I had to sponge some on each nail to get a heavier, more awesome coverage ;)
I covered it with Flormar Mtifying Top-Coat - this month's theme is 'Matte' after all.
And also, I thought this was the perfect opportunity to try something I'd received for review from Born Pretty Store - look at those tiny triangle studs and tell me you wouldn't have done the same ;)
They were perfect for this design!
I applied them to the centre of each nail's triangle and I couldn't be happier with the effect I got - they look stunning!
You can find them online over at BPS - click here - they're item # 16679 and they're the triangle set, of course.
As per usual, you get your 10% off discount with the code SGBQ10 so you should definitely take the chance to purchase these and other nail art goodies ;)
Also, let me know how you think I did tackling all these three challenges/tasks (phew, I'm tired!) and don't forget to stop by tomorrow for another CNT 31DC2015 design :)
Hugs & Kissies,
Mina *
