31DC2015 Day 30 - Something You've Never Tried Before - Foil Stamping Rose Nails

This post should've been up last night but... my 'something you've never tried before' didn't come out as I wanted it to, so I gave myself another day for practice and even though I absolutely don't feel like I've nailed it I'm still sharing the whole thing with you because that's what we do ;)

So, here's my first:

Foil Stamping Nails -yay!

I started by painting my nails two coats of Inglot O2M No.692 and stamped the roses using Born Pretty Stamping Plate 03.

After I left it dry thoroughly, I stamped with foil all thanks to Anna Lisa's tutorial (click here to see it and here for her Instagram account).

She gives the greates tip and it certainly helped me a lot!

Nonetheless, this is one technique I'll have to try again and again to get fine results, and I'll certainly do so.

I mean, see how pretty it looks!?

Have you tried foil stamping before? Would you consider it? Can't wait for what you have to say on the subject: stamping is always so hard to nail at first!
