Oh yes, oh yes!
I can't believe I made it till the end of 31DC2014 - there's technically one more mani to go but... September's last breath is drawn today and I'm PROUD of making this challenge from top to bottom, leaving no prompt behind!
I'm the Queen of the World!! haha
Today's nails are for another 2in1 (oh yes, 'cause I've just said I'm awesome and I need to live up to your expectations ;)).
I've got the Inspired by a Tutorial for 31DC2014 and the Inspired by One or More Techniques for Endless Summer Nail Challenge.
Here we go then:
I bring you dry marble meets striping tape for some cute jungle nails babies :)
I was inspired by the latest video tutorial by Odette Swan (you know I'm a huge fan of hers ;)).
You can watch it here and I dare you not to dance while watching it - cool music? check! ;)
I started by painting my nails white with two coats of Inocos Pipoca em Viagem.
I placed some striping tape on all my nails except for my index finger, which I chose to be my accent nail this time.
From then on, I simply followed Odette's tutorial, using three different polishes and some saran wrap:
Kiko Mint (No.526), Kiko Green Forest (No.534) and Flormar Beauty Toys Golden Ball (BT05).
And that's it: Jungle Nails! :) And I had the coolest weather to wear these: sunny, hot and humid!
Now that the challenge is nearly over I'm mostly happy about one thing: I'll be able to take the time and reply to all your comments!! Quite a daring task ;)
Thank you for keeping me going throughout all the prompts - you guys are awesome! <3
Hugs & Kissies,
Mina *
Last Year's Inspired by a Tutorial Nails:
LOL - you are too cute! Congratulations on getting through all the challenge! I've seen a couple of bloggers remark they are looking forward to the end so they can clean and straighten up their nail polish areas, get it organized again, hahah.
ReplyDeleteYou had a genial idea in doing this nail art. It's so cool! I'm in love with the colors of it ** Thank you again for taking part to our challenge. Me and Vanessa enjoyed ourselves to find out your creations during this month. I hope you'll be part also of the challenges that we'll organize in future. :)
