Oh No! It's Another Sweater Mani!

I won't promise this is the last one, as I still have a design I'd love to try, but... 

Oh, why am I justifying myself?! Sweater manis are cute, you guys! I mean, c'mon! I'm sure you love them just as much as I do (or nearly that ;)).

It's the season, what can I do? *.*
So, if you're like me, then go on ahead and check today's notd - sorry this post is going up so late but BF, lil' sis and I got to chatting after dinner (she came on over) and we lost track of time - gotta enjoy my evening off to the max ;)

Anyway, onto a really cute mani, we go:

Can I just say something?... I love a mani that works!!!

This might not look 100% clean-lined and perfect and all, yet I can't help but love it to bits

I started it all with a one-coater beautiful fuchsia like matte colour: Coral Matt Effect No.402.

I knew it dried fast and knew it needed no more than one coat for full opacity.

Considering I did this after a 12-hour work day, when it was nearly 1a.m., believe me, that was an important thing to bear in mind ;)

Oh, what we don't do for the sake of nail art <3

I did my pinkie, index and thumb first - those were the simple ones.

I used nothing but acrylic paint to draw horizontal straight (as possible) lines and some weird bow shaped thingies (don't really know what those are) along it.

And after those were done, I dotted yellow and pink lines in the middle.

For my ring and middle fingers I tried a pattern which I'd seen in a real sweater.

I gotta say it didn't turn out great, but I still like these!
