31DC2013 - Day 21: Inspired by Colour? Chucky!!

Well... let's just say I freely interpreted this theme and because I'm really in Halloween mood by now, I chose something... a tiny bit scary :)

One of my favourite blue polishes from all time, specially because it's one that doesn't stain my nails after I've used it is Essence Chuck, from the Twins collection.

So, most conveniently I must say, I picked it for my inspired by colour 31DC2013 challenge :)

Why? Check it out:

Now... if the bloody knife and the Good Guys overalls hasn't given you a clue as to what I'm talking about... here's another one, which will hopefully be unmistakable :)

'Hi, I'm Chucky. Wanna play?'
muhahahahah

Excuse the gore bloody knife (Mum did say it was bad taste) but I couldn't resist!
Here's a shot without it though, for those of you more sensitive :)

I did most my nails with Chucky's sweater striped pattern, using white, red, green and blue.
And on my middle finger I decided to do his iconic blue jeans overalls, that have tiny hammers and construction hats in it.

Chucky, the living doll, is a character from the comedy horror movie 'Child's Play', for those of you out there who know not.
He's a living doll because Charles Lee «Chucky» Ray, shot by a policeman and near his death bed, performed a voodoo ritual and transferred his soul into a Good Guy doll.
Awesome start for a horror movie, hey? ;)

Chucky was a nice doll till this scars and stitches appearance came about after he was chopped to bits at the end of the third movie.

'Hi, I'm Chucky! And I'm your friend till the end!'
muahhahaha

Let me know all your thoughts about this one - the thumb alone took me an hour to complete, can you believe it?!

Do you know Chucky? Have you watched any of the movies? And what did you think of this mani to his honour? Good one? Tell me all about it!! :)

Hugs & Kissies,
Mina *
