The Town Mouse and the Country Mouse

There are people meant to live in the city and then there are people meant to live in the countryside. My Mom's the latter :)

And on today's challenge, as we were meant to present a manicure with the perfect gift for Mom, I present you something very dear to mine and something she's been talking about a lot lately: living in the countryside.

Of course, for that, she'll need a nice beautiful house :D

This is for you, Mumsi!<3

I started off with two coats of Prestige Light Denim (58) on all nails.

I then sponged Sally Hansen Green with Envy on the tips of all the nails, except for the ring finger. The dots are supposed to be tiny flowers but I didn't really succeed in giving that illusion.
(Red and yellow polishes used are listed below the next photo.)

On the tip of the ring finger I applied instead one coat of Kiko Rock Top 612, to make a granite like look, something Mom loves! :)
The roof was made with Prestige NLP - 106 Gerbera.
I then added a little white chimney with, of course, some cooking smoke. And the sun to the left was done using Perfect Lady No.31.

The thumb, which I am actually quite proud of, has a tree under which Mom can just relax and enjoy the calm and peacefulness of living in the countryside :)
Tree trunk done with Purple Professional No.45 and tree crown made by sponging  Inglot 985.

So, what do you think? Good enough for Mom;)
I sure hope she likes it and you too - let me know by leaving me a comment, I do love reading your words :D

Have a splendid Monday all of you lovelies!
